I really thought I’d like this coffee because I had yet to discover a product in the Newmans Own line that I didn’t enjoy, but yikes, this is one strong cup of coffee! I guess the extra bold is just too bold for me. It’s just one short step away from bitter. I’m going to finish the box because these things are simply too expensive to waste but….I imagine I’m going to be choking it down by the time I get to the last one. 12 to go….

Not a bad cup of coffee but sure not one of the best. I was disappointed not so much that it was a strong bold coffee, but that it was just average in taste. Seems that the Timothy’s Columbian has been the best so far.

This is a very good coffee. Very Robust and Bold. Not as bold as the Emeril’s Big Easy Bold but has a very good robust coffee flavor. Very enjoyable cup of coffee with no bitterness. This and the Emeril’s Big Easy Bold are the only ones of the extra bold that I really like and that lives up to the extra bold designation. I think I have tried all the extra bold K-Cups now. These two are the only ones I will drink.
